Crossing the Line

Raina Wade discovers what it means to be at the wrong place at the wrong time when she blunders into a triple homicide. Now the killer is after her, and Pittsburgh Police Department Detective Nick Laprelli is assigned to escort her safely to her father in Seattle. As Raina and Nick are forced into close quarters, each becomes aware of an uncomfortable attraction, made even worse by the fact that Nick is a white man. Nick and Raina must not only contend with their feelings for each other, but they must uncover the identity of the killer who wants her dead.
